I can't even begin to explain how much the story of Nausicaä has inspired me. Hiyao Miyazaki is in what I like to call my "holy trilogy" of main influences. There are a lot more than three, but if I had a gun to my head and had to shrudely pick, it would be: Mike Allred, Hiroaki Samura and Hiyao Miyazaki.I did this without reference, so that little do-dad insignia on her outfit is proly way off.
